This commercial processor is a beast. The 550W motor and 1600 RPM deliver fast, consistent results. I love the 2 feeding holes for processing whole vegetables, and the 6 cutting disks offer great versatility. It's built like a tank with cast aluminum alloy, but it's heavy at 50.7 lbs—definitely a countertop fixture. The magnetic security switch is a nice safety touch. For high-volume kitchens, it's fantastic, but overkill for home use. Hand wash only is a minor drawback.
